How do I book a ride?

To book a ride with Catch & Go, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Catch & Go app on your device.
  2. Enter your pickup and drop-off locations.
  3. Select the type of ride that suits your needs.
  4. Confirm your booking and wait for your driver to arrive.
How do I contact my driver?

You can contact your driver directly through the Catch & Go app. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Open your current trip details in the app.
  2. Tap on the "Call Driver" Or "Catch & Go Support" option.
How can I rate my driver?

After your ride is completed, you will be prompted to rate your driver. Follow these steps:

  1. After finish the trip you can create the driver.
How can I view my ride history?

To view your ride history:

  1. Open the Catch & Go app.
  2. Go to your profile or menu options.
  3. Select "Ride Bookings" to see all your past rides.
